The temporary venue, located within the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort during the US Open, needed to reflect the high standards of both Barton G and Rolex. Every detail was designed to deliver a refined, immersive experience—from custom lighting to high-end materials and display features. The interior featured a Rolex brand installation, combining slatted walnut wood paneling, LED-lit display walls, and upholstered cabinets with mirror-backed elements.

Behind the hostess stand, the Custom Walnut Wood Desk was paired with a Rift Cut Walnut panel wall and lacquer backdrop. This cohesive combination brought warmth and exclusivity to the front-of-house, creating a powerful first impression.

Design Approach & Execution

Our design approach prioritized both style and purpose. The Custom Walnut Wood Desk was crafted to withstand the high-traffic nature of a luxury hospitality pop-up while showcasing natural materials, texture, and light. Paired with matching coat storage cabinets, sequenced wall paneling, and decorative louvered screens, the space balanced visual drama with operational ease.
