The client for this project was the owner of the MAJORCA House, a beautiful and historic home in Coral Gables. The client was looking for a way to create a functional and stylish library that would complement the existing décor and meet their storage needs.

OUR APPROACH
Lignum’s approach was to create a custom-designed built-in bookshelf system to meet the client’s needs. We used high-quality materials like white lacquer to create a sleek and modern look. In addition to the library shelves, Lignum was tasked with designing a beautiful and functional kitchen for the MAJORCA House. Our approach was to create a two-tone finish, with stained-figured wood veneer on the lower cabinets and a lacquered finish on the upper cabinets. The result was a stunning and elegant kitchen that was both functional and stylish.
