The client for this project was a highly distinguished individual with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. They had a specific vision for their Mediterranean waterfront villa and were looking for a company to bring that vision to life. The client wanted to create a luxurious, elegant, and comfortable home that would reflect their unique personality and style. The main challenge was to create a living space that would be functional and aesthetically pleasing while also incorporating the latest technology and design trends. The client wanted the millwork to be a highlight of the project, and they wanted the custom-designed pieces to be the home’s centerpiece.

One of the critical elements of the project was the custom wall unit. The client was so impressed with the custom wall unit in their previous home that they wanted to incorporate it into their new Mediterranean waterfront villa. We were happy to oblige, and our team of experts created a beautiful custom wall unit that was floor-to-ceiling and incorporated LED lights.

Another critical aspect of the project was the custom-built bar. The client wanted the custom bar to be a focal point of the home, and they wanted it to be functional and stylish. We created a beautiful custom-built bar with a walnut wood slat facade and a matching back bar. The bar was dressed in matching white oak interior cabinetry and was finished with a distressed fluted bar facade and a brass toe kick.

The result of this project was truly breathtaking. The EAST DI LIDO RESIDENCE project was a stunning Mediterranean waterfront villa that was functional, stylish, and comfortable.
